个人简介：中共党员，硕士生导师，现任教务处处长。曾任计算机学院党总支副书记、信息安全工程学院教学副院长、信息中心副主任，四川省科技项目评审专家，四川省建设工程设备招标中心评标专家。校优秀工作者,成都市“一专多能”优秀青年教师。 在国内外核心期刊上先后发表学术论文20余篇，独著或参加编写著作、教材5部，软件著作权（专利）9项，承担或参与省（部）、厅级课题6项，主持横向项目到账经费总计300多万元。

FangRui is general Party branch secretary in the school of computer science. His former position was vice president of the School of Information Security Engineering in teaching, vice director of information center, evaluation experts of Science and technology project in Sichuan Province, evaluation expert of construction engineering equipment bidding Center in Sichuan Province. He was an outstanding worker of school, called “ one specialty with multiple skills”outstanding young teacher in Chengdu City.
He has published more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign core journals, alone with or involved in writing five teaching material books.Besides, he has 9 software copyright (patent). He undertook and participated in the provincial (Ministry) and departmental level topic 6 items, presided over the transverse project into account funds amount to about 3000000 yuan.
