个人简介：
郜东瑞博士，教授，研究生导师。电子科技大学博士、博士后，长期从事机器学习、信号处理、智能计算、脑机接口方面的应用研究。主持和参与包括国家装备发展部、军委科技委、科技部在内的科研项目10余项，近五年项目经费1千多万。目前在国内外具有影响力期刊和国际会议上发表SCI、EI论文20余篇，ESI高被引论文3篇，申请发明专利10余项。高质量期刊包括：IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics、Expert Systems with Applications,Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics、中国生物医学工程学报、电子科技大学学报等。在人工智能、脑机接口应用转化方面，获得多个二类医疗注册证，开发的脑机接口技术在国内10余家医院、高校、研究所应用。
